Cake Idea - Mother Nature Cake Front View Cake Idea - This is the Mother Nature Cake I made. Her head is all cake. The eyes, nose and mouth were done with modeling chocolate and then fondant was laid over them. I also used a special buttercream to build up her cheeks and mouth area and above her eyes. Colour detail was done with powders and vodka and airbrushing. The flower was done with gumpaste and the foliage with royal icing and then airbrushed. The total hours involved was 40.
