Bettina Thorp

Luscious chocolate mud cake with a dark choc ganache filling. Cake is covered with a layer of vanilla flavour fondant.
Peacock and pea hen are handmade from gumpaste and hand coloured with pearl dust. Beads are also handmade from isomalt.
The cake is finished off with edible lace pieces.
