The Cake Constructor

I made this cake for my brother. He is on the heart transplant in New York. He wanted a thank you cake made for the staff at the hospital. I told him I’ll think of something. Lol. The cake was a huge hit. Everyone loved it. Dr. Oz even took a picture with it.
