Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed1/2 cup melted butter2 lbs. cream cheese, softened2/3 cup sugar2 Tablespoons cornstarch3 eggs3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas3/4 cup heavy whipping cream2 teaspoons vanilla extract   Banana Cream Cheesecake Directions: 1. Serves 6 (1/2 cup per person) Ingredients: •    5 ounces of dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)•    1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar•    3 egg yolks•    5 egg whites ;   Melt chocolate in a double broiler (or pan set over another pan of simmering water) on medium ;   Remove chocolate from heat and add sugar.
