Recipe for gelatin milk:

1 cups of half and half (coffee creamer)

3 tbs. white sugar

1 tbs. Blossoms By Angelica™ gelatin powder

1/4 cup of cold water


1. hydrate the gelatin powder in the 1/4 cup of water and set aside for 5 minutes

2. heat the cup of half and half in the microwave for 2 minutes

3. mix in the sugar and mix until well dissolved

4 add the hydrated gelatin and mix to melt.

5. invert in different containers to mix colors, if you feel that the milk mixture is to transparent add 1 tsp of titanium dioxide. Keep colors in warm pallet or hot water bath.
