Fall in Paris

My Inspiration is to show the warmth of Paris during Fall, The elegant city, fashioned by history. Whoever visits Paris wants to always go back there. My ideas for the cake was Vintage with a modern look with simplicity, holding up to the fall theme. The Vintage style Eiffel tower and water color illustration is handpainted. I also handpainted the Wafer paper Maple leaves and accents. Bright Crazy Birds

I was inspired to make these bright birds after seeing the work of American ceramic artist Joy Elizabeth. Her work is so colourful and vibrant - I asked her if I can turn the birds into sugarcraft creations. I have used Spring colours to highlight the colourful birds and because it's Spring here in the UK.
