Cake Idea - Mother Nature Cake Front View Cake Idea - This is the Mother Nature Cake I made. Her head is all cake. The eyes, nose and mouth were done with modeling chocolate and then fondant was laid over them. I also used a special buttercream to build up her cheeks and mouth area and above her eyes. Colour detail was done with powders and vodka and airbrushing. The flower was done with gumpaste and the foliage with royal icing and then airbrushed. The total hours involved was 40. Thursday March 20th – Anna – Disney’s Frozen Ice Palace Cake

Make way for a new kind of fairy cake! Made Disney's Frozen Ice Palaces out of chocolate fudge cake and peppermint sugar shards, and a vanilla sheet cake on the bottom covered in powdered sugar snow. Can't forget Anna, Elsa, and Olaf! Hehe beautiful see-through art in the midst of a shivering winter.

Auric Utopia "Auric Utopia" was the reason I got super busy this week. A Wedding cake for a match made in heaven, Sheetal and to Palai(200 miles from my hometown) today by Schumacher and Family! A beautiful and perfect Gold and white theme wedding cake with spurts of lush oh so gorgeous Gardenia flowers with there buds and blooms,Tuberoses, Hybrid Mini Cymbidium Orchids, and trailing lush green leaves with a touch of glitter on their berries, intricate lace work and beautiful pleats compliment each other in no other way.
