CAT Dozer Cake
This novelty birthday cake was created for a lovely client’s father for his 60th birthday.
The CAT Dozer was carved from chocolate mud cake, and crumb coated with delicious dark chocolate ganache before being iced and decorated with fondant. The windows were given their shine using white shimmer powder, and the dozer was painted with grey petal dust to create the “dirty” effect. Crushed oreos with brown sugar created the dirt at the dozer’s blade.
