This is a 7 tiered cake dummy for our local Register of Deeds office for use at their Valentine’s Day Wedding Extravaganza.  For the price of the wedding license and the magistrate fee, the couples get a complete wedding, complete with this wedding cake to pose with for their wedding photos.  I designed and created this cake from the bottom up, beginning with candle holders underneath the cake board, and completed with a hand crafter vase and gumpaste flowers.  This was a lot of work, but I was sooo pleased with how it turned out, and the wedding couples all loved it:)
