Happy 1st Birthday Berlin! Chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache is the first tier of this pink jungle cake. The second tier is luscious lemon cake flavored with organic lemon zest and filled with french vanilla buttercream. I covered the entire cake in homemade white chocolate fondant. The zebra, giraffe and lion are hand sculpted and painted with food coloring. I did not use any molds or cutters on this entire cake! The leaves and jungle vines are homemade gumpaste. I had a great time making this cake!
