This cake was made by Connie Walker, MT & Lily Mathews, CA for a Retirement party. It is all cake, covered with Fondant & decorations made with GumPaste & 50/50 Fondant & GumPaste, & some hand-painting. This cake was done in less than 2 days.
A 100% edible 20" tall MOET Champagne in ice bucket cake personally handcrafted by me for my husbands 40th Birthday Party. The edible bottle of champagne sitting in edible ice-cubes, was a hit at the party. I hope you like it too!
Dark chocolate ganache cake. White sugar peony with jewel antique gold centre. Gold sugar blossom strands and decorative pieces, royal icing piping on gum paste motifs, hand painted and given an antique finish.
